Adrienna McDermott is the founder and CEO of Ava and The Bee, a content marketing strategy agency that helps professionals in the wedding industry create amazing content, on autopilot.
As a former bridal boutique owner, wedding planner and florist with over a decade of experience in the industry, she knows exactly what wedding planners and photographers, boutique owners, and more struggle with when it comes to creating new and engaging content to grow their business. Adrienna and the team at Ava And The Bee help wedding pros go from a season behind, to a season ahead. She is also the founder of The Creative VA Academy, a hub for artists and creatives who are looking to hone their natural skills and establish a profitable business that earns them a full-time income doing what they love.
When she's not working in her signature cotton t-shirt and top knot, you can find her with a cup of hazelnut iced coffee in the pottery studio, making jewelry, or beading. She lives in Milwaukee, with her tripawd black lab Cooper, cat Brutus and Husband, Frank.
